Once we hiked a little over 4 hours we took a bus back to Andong and walked around a little before having some kalbi for dinner. We stopped by a temple/park before dinner and heard a little bit about these Korean rappers.
It was funny and entertaining. Sunday morning we got up early and took a bus to the Hahoe Folk village. We arrived there a little early so we looked at the cherry blossoms

Andong, Juwangsan National Park and Hahoe Folk Village
This past weekend Ben and I ventured east to Andong. Andong is known for it's strong soju, mackerel and wooden masks. We didn't get a chance to try the soju or the mackerel, but we did see some wooden masks. We met up in Daejeon on Friday and then took a bus to Andong (2 hours) and then a bus to Juwangsan National Park. Saturday was such a beautiful day with the high near 70 degrees and the sun shining. It felt so good to be out hiking in the park. Supposedly there are otters and flying squirrels here, but we didn't see any. It still amazes me how different each park is in Korea, but they really are unique. Juwangsan was no different. It really was a beautiful park.
